Wolf Blass Yellow Label - Shiraz

The palate is full bodied with dark rich berry flavours and spice, with long fine tannins trailing on the finish. A delight to match with Mediterannean lamb shanks or olive pesto tossed through angel hair pasta with freshly grated Parmesan. 'An elegant, moderately priced Barossa shiraz, the 2011 Yellow Label offers spice, raspberry and peppery aromas in a sweet-savoury balance.
