All you need to do is add the wet ingredients, mix, bake and get ready to upload the results to Instagram! Who is Protein Brownie Mix suitable for? This dry cooking mix is suitable for individuals of all ages looking to get started in the world of high protein baking. Each 450g pack produces roughly 18 brownies (depending on how large you make them) and each 25g serving of powder packs in over 8g of protein. Each brownie also provides over 3g of fibre, some of which is from Isomalto Oligosaccharide. Using our Protein Brownie Mix will allow you to feel like you’re getting a real treat and give you the satisfaction of having made them yourself.
