Revlon's ColorStay Eyebrow Liner is a combination of Revlon’s ColorStay technology in a pencil applicator with brush to comb and style brows. Application: Pencil in brow colour with short, light strokes following the natural direction of brow hair growth. Then brush through brows with brush to get the perfect shape and smooth the colour. CARMINE. TITANIUMDIOXIDE.REVLON PHOTOREADY PRIMER + SHADOW – PRIMER I've always had issues finding the right pencil shade/hue for my brows, usually most end up being too saturated. This has a more neutral colour although I'd still say it leans more towards the warm side.Works great for creating shape though. This is really great, saves me a lot of visits to the beautician.
