The unbakery book is a celebration of the food served by Auckland, New Zealand award-winning “little bird unbakery”, and features over 130 recipes, including many of the favourites from our two years running the cafes. All recipes are gluten, dairy and cane sugar free, along with being vegan. Emphasis is placed on the quality of the food and how the recipes can easily be incorporated into the readers’ current lifestyle. This is not ‘worthy’ food, however, this is food that is amazingly delicious from a café that has been getting rave reviews from NZ media. They were runner up in Metro Magazine’s top 50 Cafes in 2013. Megan and Jeremy have had numerous articles in major newspapers and magazines. Megan has a regular column in Taste Magazine and has done many appearances on TV.
