He is most famous for The Wind in the Willows (1908), which is considered to be one of the greatest classics of children's literature. He also wrote The Reluctant Dragon which was later adapted to a Disney movie. Inga Moore has illustrated numerous classics including Frances Hodgson Burnett's The Secret Garden, as well as writing and illustrating Six Dinner Sid, which won a Smarties Book Prize (0-5 Category). She lives in Gloucestershire.
