Broods, the most exciting music export to come out of New Zealand in 2014, have announced the release of their highly anticipated debut album Evergreen. Produced by Joel Little (Lorde) and recorded at Golden Age, the album features hits ‘Bridges’ and ‘Never Gonna Change’, plus 9 new recordings that will cement Broods as an international force in music. Broods recently premiered the new single from Evergreen, titled ‘Mother & Father’, on Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio 1 show to a rapturous response. The single shot straight to #1 on Hype Machine, accumulated over 220,000 Soundcloud streams in two weeks and recently broke into the Top 10 on the New Zealand iTunes chart. Georgia and Caleb's musical project Broods emerged in late 2013 with the release of the hit single ‘Bridges’. The song has received over 1.2 million streams on Soundcloud, flew up the charts and prompted an amazing whirlwind of interest which resulted in signing international recording contracts in the USA (Capitol Records) and in the UK (Polydor).
