These ingredients can also be added into your everyday diet so are not exclusive to baking biscuits and pastries. This bundle includes: Flax Seed Powder – 250g Flax seed powder can be used as an egg replacement but also adds great texture and a nutty flavour to baking. Whole Psyllium Husks – 1kg Psyllium Husks are very useful in gluten free baking as it provides the texture that gluten gives in baked goods such as bread, pizza, pasta and biscuits and is also an excellent source of fibre. FlavDrops – Toffee 40ml These zero calorie, zero carb and zero fat drops are ideal in baking and bars for adding sweetness but without the sugar. Fantastic for if you’re dieting and have a sweet tooth! Natural Cashew Butter – Unflavoured 1kg Cashew Butter is neutral in flavour which works well in baking as to not overpower the other flavours.
