Santa & D'Sas King Valley Pinot Grigio in any six

Andrew Santarossa and Matthew Di Sciascio met while studying their Bachelor of Wine Science at Deakin and Charles Sturt Universities. With a shared Italian cultural heritage, a strong passion for making wine and a great friendship a joint venture seemed like a natural next step. Santa & D'Sas was established in 2013. Santa & D'Sas Pinot Grigio has been made to reflect the Italian expression of this grape variety. The nose offers up an abundance of wild jasmine, ginger root, white pepper spice and fresh Nashi pear. It displays flavours of sweet Nashi pear, honeysuckle and fresh almonds with a drizzle of lime. The palate has a bright acid crunch that is crisp and tangy right through to a balanced finish.
