Take some time to unpack and get comfortable, then you can begin to get a real taste of the stunning facilities on board. After dinner, why not have a relaxing cocktail on the deck, and enjoy the balmy sea breeze as you stare up at the stars. Your adventure begins here. Day 2: At Sea (B, L, D) Your first full day on board is a great opportunity go get your bearings. Check out the multiple dining options on board, and book in for something special at Izumi Japanese Cuisine or the Italian-style trattoria; Giovanni’s Table. This is your time to relax, so you could just pick your favourite spot by one of the 4 pools and settle in with a good book. Day 3: Brisbane (B, L, D) Today you have the opportunity to explore sunny Brisbane! Fulfill a dream and take a 1930s ferry to Lone Pine Sanctuary to cuddle koalas. Sightsee in style by rickshaw, sample the many arts on offer at Queensland Cultural Centre, or visit Roma Street Parkland – the world’s largest subtropical city garden. Return to ship for a 5pm departure. Day 4: At Sea (B, L, D) Wake refreshed this morning as the ship skims along the tranquil seas off the north coast of Australia. After breakfast, why not go for a morning dip in one of the whirlpool spas, followed by a barista-made coffee at the Cafe Promenade. Day 5: Airlie Beach (B, L, D) Today we port in airlie Beach, one of the best departure points by which to explore the Great Barrier Reef. From charming seaside shops to a sky dive over the coast, you’ll find lots to do before the ship departs this evening at 5pm. Day 6: Cairns (Yorkeys Knob) (B, L, D) The ship arrives in Cairns today. You have the opportunity to explore this beautiful part of the country at your own pace, with the main street of Cairns only a short distance from the ship’s terminal. Why not check out the immaculate city boardwalk and lagoon, with its laid back, holiday vibe? Spot bottlenose dolphins, try a new water sport, relax over a meal at a waterfront bistro, or admire stunning views on a round at the 18-hole Half Moon Bay Golf Club. The ship departs at 5pm. Day 7: Port Douglas (B, L, D) Once a sleepy fishing village, Port Douglas is now thriving and sophisticated spot along the Great Barrier Reef. Daintree National Park is basically on your doorstep, or you could just enjoy the sun, sea and sand of pristine 4 Mile Beach. Wildlife lovers could take a trip to the Wildlife Habitat reserve, but be warned: lorikeets perch on your shoulder to steal your lunch! Days 8 & 9: At Sea (B, L, D) Now’s your chance to really make the most of your time on the ship. On arrival, you will make the short journey into the heart of Singapore to check into your 4 Star Accommodation.
