The Hubert Irving is named in honour of Martin & Chris Irving's Grandfather and is a unique blend of Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Mourv�dre. Matured in separate parcels for 20 months, this textural blend is rich, voluptuous and intensely flavoured.
