Each product is brand new and 100% system tested. The shower head comes with a swivel ball joint adjustable to all directions and it is 8.32mm thick. The shower arm is ceiling mounted with a female end connector and the twin taps is wall mounted with ceramic disc cartridge for smooth and long-lasting operation. MyDeal cannot accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect items ordered by mistake. If a return request is reported within 10 days of receipt and is approved the item must be returned at the customer’s expense in brand new condition with all original accessories and packaging. Once the item is received and has passed inspection you will receive a credit note less a 15% or $10 restocking fee (whichever is higher). IMPORTANT NOTES: If your claim is reported within 10 days of delivery once approved you will receive a prepaid label to return the item. Once the fault is verified we will provide you with a repair or replacement. If your claim is reported after 10 days once your claim is approved you must return the item at your own cost and once inspected you will receive a repair or replacement If the item is returned and not found to be defective a refund will be processed less a restocking fee of 15% of the product price.
