Preparation Instructions:

CONTAINS 1x Beans & Chili Spice Mix, 8x Soft & Flexible Tortillas,1x Salsa for topping. JUST ADD: 2 Tablespoons olive oil, 1 thinly sliced medium red onion, 600g cubed Chicken fillets, 2 Corn cobs,1 Red capsicum diced, Fresh coriander chopped, 1 Avocado mashed, Red cabbage shredded. Lets make your Burritos. STEP 1 TOSS CHICKEN WITH SPICE MIX in a bowl. Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add onion and chicken and COOK for 7 minutes or until browned. Cook corn cobs in boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain and remove kernels. Combine corn, capsicum and coriander to form fresh salsa. STEP 2 WARM TORTILLAS: open Tortilla pouch, discard Freshness Sachet. MICROWAVE: HEAT Tortillas in pouch on high/1100 watts/100% power for 40 seconds OVEN: remove Tortillas from pouch, wrap in foil and HEAT in oven at 180oC conventional (160oC fan forced) for 10 minutes.
