Aaron Kwok stars as Sunny, a circus clown who becomes infected with a biochemical virus that mutates him and his friends into super-human beings. But when evil knife-thrower Tai Chu( Collin Chou) becomes infected with the virus, he uses his newfound powers to embark on a vicious crime spree. Can Sunny use his souped-up Kung Fu moves to bring the dastardly Tai Chu to heel?
