Tim Adams Riesling 2011 in any six

Pristine vibrant nose of lime blossom lemon and green apple. This Tim Adams cellar release Riesling is very intensely flavoured and aromatic. Crisp and elegant with deep citrus flavours and a minerally touch on the back palate. it represents the consistency of a fine Clare Riesling from this producer. Disclaimer: my vaule for money score is up because I got this on special for $13 a bottle Although it was a cellar release, I expceted the toasty/petrol-y aromas an aged riesling would display but it was still *very* young. It still had the typical characteristics of a young Clare Valley riesling though - lots of lime, acid and minerality. It would benefit from a few more years in the cellar.
