  Information General Information Each capsule contains the four key nutrients required for healthy thyroid gland tissue and function. Each capsule contains Vitamin D 1000IU, selenium 100mcg and iodine 160mcg and Zinc Sulphate 5mg. Thyroid Health Capsules can safely be taken with thyroid hormone replacement if needed. Thyroid hormones help to regulate the metabolic rate, which is the rate at which food calories are burned. The mineral iodine is required for the production of thyroid hormones. Selenium is required to convert thyroid hormone into the more active form (T3). Vitamin D and parathyroid hormone maintain normal blood calcium levels. Thyroid health capsules contain efficient doses of iodine, selenium, vitamin D and Zinc to support thyroid gland function.
