Lark Hill Biodynamic Viognier in any six

With its floral aromas and hints of apricot & ginger, Viognier is a welcome and food friendly alternative to some more established varieties. Biodynamic farming and a cool ferment have captured the fresh fruit flavours of the Viognier and a parcel of the wine was wild yeast fermented in older French oak to add complexity and depth.
