Adelina and her family soon migrated to Australia where her passion for cooking truly began. She enrolled at college and became a qualified chef. After graduating Adelina worked at Campari Bistro as Head Chef and Scusami Ristorante, where she specialised in regional Italian cuisine and desserts.
