He enjoys painting and drawing in various genres. Landscapes, a city scene, or maybe a pet portrait will be on his easel. Head over to the drawing board and some Art Deco / Art Nouveau influenced drawing may be there. Maybe a detailed rendering of a local historical building. He studied Illustration at The Harris School of Art in Franklin Tennessee. He likes keeping his skills up to date by attending life drawing sessions, doing perspective and anatomy studies, sketching and reading books on his favorite artists. Chris is proficient in oil, acrylic watercolor, gouache, pencil and pen and ink. He also enjoys playing keyboards, fitness and riding his motorcycle.
