RETURNS: All customers must contact us within 10 days of receipt of the item in regards to any return. MyDeal cannot accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect items ordered by mistake. If a return request is reported within 10 days of receipt and is approved the item must be returned at the customer’s expense in brand new condition with all original accessories and packaging. Once the item is received and has passed inspection you will receive a credit note less a 15% or $10 restocking fee (whichever is higher).
