Lay the Head Support Insert in the seat of your pram or car seat. 2. Pull the shoulder strap around the head section. 3. Pull the side straps through the large bottom flaps. 4. Pull the leg strap between the middle bottom flaps. 5. For older babies remove the newborn insert but undoing the buttons.
