Doing so may aggravate or worsen the disorder• Do not force the thermometer into the rectum. It is recommended to lubricate with a water-soluble gel. Stop insertion and abort the measurement when pain is present. Failure to do so may lead to injury• Do not use a mobile phone or other devices that emit electromagnetic fields, near the unit.
