I am a person that loves to cook. My mother, Mrs. Eva Mae Moreland, taught me to cook at an early age. In My Favorite Recipes, there are a lot of her recipes I found after she passed away in 2009. My Mother taught me many things about strength of character and the love of pleasing your family at mealtime. I incorporated her recipes along with my favorites and some I got from backs of cans and packages that had recipes on them.
