Peter Lehmann - Semillon

Surprisingly, it's this Barossa example and not a Hunter number that takes first spot as Australia's most popular Semillon. More approachable in its youth with softer acidity and ripe fruit flavour, it still has lovely citrus fruit character, while there are some broader tropical flavours, with a touch of bees' wax and almond blossom.
