A lifted fruit nose of blueberry and raspberry with concentrated blackcurrant with toasty mocha characters from the French oak. The palate again shows concentrated blackcurrant fruit plus forest berries/black forest cake, dusty vanillin oak notes and firm structural tannins that will aid extended cellaring.'Blend of 86% cabernet sauvignon, 10% malbec and 4% petit verdot; open-fermented, basket-pressed and matured in French oak (35% new) for 18 months.
