Usage Instructions: Kettle BBQ: 1. Remove the cooking grill. Ensure the vents are fully open and the lid is off. Fill baskets to the top edge with Heat Beads® Easy-Lite® briquettes. Light the briquettes. Do not replace the lid yet. 2. Briquettes are ready to use once they are covered in a light ash. 3. Indirect cooking - place a drip tray in between baskets, replace the cooking grill and leave lid on while cooking. Direct cooking - after ash over, position baskets side by side in the centre of the fire grill. Open grill BBQ: 1. Arrange sufficient briquettes (Enough to cover the cooking area) into a pyramid. Light the briquettes and leave for approximately 20 minutes, or until ashed over. Do not disturb. 2. Once the briquettes are mostly covered in a light coloured ash, carefully spread over the cooking area.
