This Shiraz displays complex aromas of dark berries, plums and liquorice with hints of coffee, spice and dark chocolate. On the palate the dense velvety texture is complemented by cinnamon spice and mocha notes resulting from 18 months maturation in American oak. The rich fruit flavours and fine silky tannins mean that this wine can be enjoyed now or with careful cellaring will develop for the next 5 to 8 years.
