As a child, Desiree believed in God, angels, and the power of miracles. Twenty years later, she finds herself married to the love of her life with two amazing children, a handful of close friends and a life she does not take for granted. All of her dreams have come true. But Desiree quickly learns life is not a fairy tale and the 'happily ever after' she was promised is tragically ripped away. Desiree is now drowning in the vats emptiness of her misery and she doesn't know who she is angrier with; God, her husband, her family and friends, or herself, for not knowing how to cope and find the strength to live again despite the unfortunate circumstances. Lost in sorrow and despair, Desiree isolates herself and it's almost impossible for those she loves to reach her. Finally, with the help of some tough love from her best friends, Desiree begins to find her way in the world. She forms new friendships and ways to heal. But she is unable to put her trust in the faith she once cherished. Until she is reminded, through the eyes of a child, that miracles really do exist and God can hear our hearts and prayers even when we think he is not listening. Grief and loss can come in many shapes and forms. One does not make another less devastating. Angel Kisses restores the belief in love after heartache, empathy for others and the power of God's grace.Author BiographyAnn Hope lives in the mountains of Colorado.
