The Vasse Felix Cabernet Merlot demonstrates the true potential of this blend. Blackcurrant and dark cherry fruit dominate, with some vanilla oak and acidity to match. The Merlot plays a supporting role and adds fleshy plums, dried herbs and nutmeg to the mid-palate.'Another beautiful example of this classic Margaret River blended red wine. Perfumed scented aromas of light cedar and red berry with some dark notes of blackcurrant. The palate is seamless and finely balanced.
