Dual Brushless RC Racing Hovercraft

Capable of ridiculous speeds straight out of the box, this dual brushless fan powered RC racing hovercraft is certainly not what you would come to expect when you think of a remote controlled hovercraft. This is the kind of product that makes you wish you were a kid again. Wobbling around at low speeds on a wussy pillow of air are not what this beast does - massive power slides, high speeds drifts and even jumps are all part of the repertoire. Two brushless ducted fan motors are responsible for the power, one blowing downwards to generate lift, and the second (and more powerful) motor providing the forward thrust. Such high speeds are capable due to some pretty basic physics, similar to a real hovercraft. It differs from a real hovercraft, however, in that there is no inflated cushion of air. Instead this RC Racing Hovercraft uses tough abrasion resistant polyethylene foam as a kind of skid platform which also makes up the main body, keeping overall weight to a minimum so that the whole craft semi-floats just above the ground when power is applied. To be honest, it doesn't matter how it works, it's just bloody good fun!
