Carrie and Barry are a couple in their forties and have a laid back attitude to life, love and sex. It is not the same with their friends and family. Sinead, Barry's 18-year-old daughter, always requires help and support - while Kirk, Barry's business partner treats their house like his own. Carrie's friend Michelle always seems to be able to persuade her to do all sorts of things she doesn't want to do.
