Black Horses, White Cotton and Religion: Sports, Slavery and Religion an Ongoing Phenomenon ~ Paperback ~ Anthony Prior
The NFL is no different than any other organization. An organization is an entity that behaves like a person in many ways. Its primary goal is longevity. That is why many organizations outlast the individuals who run them. It is never about the individual in the organization; it is all about how the organization lives and breathes within the individual. Because the NFL, the CFL, college football, etc. are all about self-preservation, it is imperative that the individual athlete moves towards the promotion of self-preservation as well. The conscious athlete gets all he can out of sports before sports get's all it can out of him.Author BiographyAnthony Prior lives in Vancouver, Canada, where he is continuing his professional football and writing careers.
