Paula is a world class entertainer who works at an amusement park. Over the years she has learned how to entertain audiences by acting and playing out the role of “Pistol Packin’ Paula” a female gunslinger from the Wild West. Though people came from all around to see the show, it became obvious to Paula that things were not working out financially and the show was in trouble. Right around the same time “Pepper”, a beautiful stray dog wandered into her life and at that moment the real question becomes – did Paula adopt Pepper or did Pepper come to save the day for Paula? The two quickly became inseparable, and Paula realizes she could help out the show by entering in a high profile gunslinging contest where entertainers came from around the world to compete for fame and fortune. At the contest Paula not only finds great success but also finds love. She meets Malcom and his adorable daughter Sierra and the romance between Paula and Malcom grows quickly. At the point where everything seemed perfect, a terrible car accident happened and once again Pepper was there to save the day.
