Rogerio Atem de Carvalho, University of Fluminese, Brazil Dr. Atem de Carvalho is a Professor in the Production Engineering at the University of Fluminese. He specializes in satellite-to-ground-communication subsystems and ground segments. Over the last twenty years he has acted as a consultant on software development for private and public sectors.
