Once the fault is verified we will provide you with a repair or replacement. If your claim is reported after 10 days once your claim is approved you must return the item at your own cost and once inspected you will receive a repair or replacement If the item is returned and not found to be defective a refund will be processed less a restocking fee of 15% of the product price. Our team may provide simple repair instructions to complete in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns can be approved
