Chapter 2 of your Advanced adventure explores the impact that age and cask variety can have on different kinds of whisky. We’ll start off showcasing how long-aging Scottish single malt creates complexity, before enjoying a heavily Sherried expression from one of the Elder Statesmen of Speyside. Finally, we’ll conclude with a radical reimagining of an American whiskey, featuring spirit made to two mashbill.
