This 30ml bottle features Belgrove’s Wholly Shit Smoked Rye, an unorthodox Tasmanian whisky made using locally sourced peat and sheep dung for smoking. Its nose is complex, with layers of earthy smoke, hazelnut, and light spices. The flavour is bold and assertive, with smoky, nutty elements combined with a savoury profile of herbal notes and a touch of peppery spice. The finish lingers with a deep, smoky aftertaste, giving way to hints of grass and toasty wood. This whisky offers a truly unique, smoky experience that stands out from the crowd.
