In this small-batch release, Adams Distillery in Tasmania has paired their signature dark crystal malt spirit from direct-fired stills with fortified wine casks - a combination that the distillery is becoming well known for. A light whisper of peat adds depth and interest, far from your typical Tassie whisky. The result is a dram with attitude and personality in all the right places that makes you sit up and take notice.
