In the spirit of collaboration with like-minded people, along with a penchant for pushing the boundaries, the Adelaide Hills based and highly regarded 78 Degrees Distillery has created a Chocolate Gin. Made by steeping and macerating unused cacao husks from an ethical chocolatier, along with native wattle seed and orange peel in their award winning gin, to create a complex and deeply scented gin.
