This 30ml bottle of AOB Distillery Pinot Noir Cask Single Malt Whisky offers a unique fusion of whisky craftsmanship and winemaking tradition. Matured in select Pinot Noir casks, this single malt absorbs the rich, fruity nuances of the wine, resulting in a complex flavour profile. On the nose, expect aromas of dark berries intertwined with subtle oak. The palate reveals layers of ripe fruit flavours, complemented by hints of spice and a gentle tannic structure imparted by the wine casks. The finish is smooth and lingering, with a harmonious blend of malt sweetness and vinous character, showcasing the innovative spirit of AOB Distillery.
