Arran’s new make spirit is typically light, citrusy and malt-driven. This makes it perfect for finishing in Port casks, as shown by this dram. Initially aged in former Bourbon barrels for about 8 years, the juice has been treated to a finish in Port casks, imparting beautiful red fruit flavours.
