This 30ml bottle of Backwoods Chardonnay Cask Single Malt Whisky showcases the elegance of Australian barley and wine-cask ageing. Made in Victoria’s High Country and bottled at 47% ABV, it’s matured in premium Chardonnay casks for a fruity, rounded profile. Expect aromas of cereal and soft leather, followed by flavours of roasted marshmallows, peach, and tropical fruit, with a long, warming finish.
