Crafted in County Kilkenny, Ballykeefe’s Single Pot Still is a true single-estate whiskey, with every stage of production taking place on site. The nose opens with inviting aromas of caramel, vanilla, malt and a touch of coconut. On the palate, bright citrus peel mingles with dark chocolate, liquorice and warm spice, while hints of clove, cardamom and menthol add extra depth. The finish is long and satisfying, with flavours of clove, aniseed and citrus persisting beautifully. Distinctive and award-winning, this whiskey showcases the best of traditional Irish distilling with an authentic character unique to Ballykeefe.
