Le Gin Cask Finish by Christian Drouin Distillery in Pont-l’Évêque, France, marries the elegance of gin with the complexity of cask ageing. Distilled using locally sourced apples and traditional botanicals, this gin matures in 225 litre Calvados casks for 12 months. The result is a sophisticated spirit with pronounced apple flavours, blending 30 cider apple varieties and eight botanicals for perfect balance and elegance. It has earned a prestigious World Gin Award Gold, recognizing its exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
