Nor'easter is a robust single malt, capturing the raw energy of the Australian coast. Crafted in Sydney's Northern Beaches using a custom designed still, this whisky is matured in American oak casks, exposing it to the maritime climate, creating a dynamic flavor profile. Nor'easter is then finished in Australia red wine barrels. A true testament to the unique character of Coastal Stone's maturation environment, showcasing the diversity of Australian whisky.
