Blair Athol DS Tayman 12 Year Old reflects the unique approach of independent bottler Danny Saltman. Known for sourcing whisky from renowned distilleries like Blair Athol, Danny expertly crafts his own expressions, experimenting with cask finishes. This release, aged for 12 years in a virgin oak barrel and finished in a Syrah cask from Israel's Tulip Winery, offers a distinctive fruit-forward profile. With only 420 bottles available, it’s a rare and bold whisky that stands out for its innovative blending and exceptional depth.
