Glendalough Double Barrel Irish Whiskey, an award-winning expression from a distillery dedicated to reviving Ireland’s rich distilling heritage, has won double gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. This whiskey is matured in American oak bourbon barrels and finished in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks, creating a complex profile that balances sweetness and spice. Layers of vanilla, caramel, dried fruits, and nuts highlight the innovative spirit of this young distillery.
