Hot off the heels of their extremely popular limited edition Chinotto Cask Single Malt, comes a fascinating follow-up from veteran Tassie distillers, Lark. The juice has been matured in oak casks seasoned with locally made Amaro – a dark, bitter-sweet digestif most often associated with Italy. The result is a complex and bittersweet single malt whisky that spectacularly celebrates the marriage between spirit and cask.
