The Coastal Stone Xplore from Manly Spirits Co. is a masterful blend of double pot distilled single malt and column distilled grain whisky. Filtered through Sydney sandstone, it achieves a remarkable smoothness. This process, coupled with maturation in ex-bourbon and ex-shiraz American Oak casks, lends a unique complexity and depth to this Australian coastal spirit.
