Founded in 2001 by Mark Watkins, Mt. Uncle Distillery established itself as a producer of award-winning premium spirits. They source local ingredients from their farm and the surrounding Atherton Tablelands. Botanic Australis, their flagship gin, is a London dry gin recipe but uses Australian ingredients. It is a blend of 14 smoked native botanicals that unveils a rich, smokey, woody taste.
