This 30ml bottle of Scapegrace Chorus Single Malt Whisky offers a glimpse into New Zealand's burgeoning whisky scene. Crafted from New Zealand Laureate barley and matured for three years in virgin French oak casks, this non-chill filtered expression presents a natural colour and a 46% ABV. On the nose, expect sweet honeysuckle, waxy orange peel, and oaky spice. The palate delivers aromatic orchard fruits, juicy green grapes, drizzles of caramel, and peppery spice, culminating in a finish where earthy pepper and allspice linger.
